EXPECTATIONS FOR YOUR WEDDING

*We will arrive at the church approximately 3 hours
before your wedding begins.
*During our 3-hour set-up, we will not wear dress
clothes; however, we will change before your wedding
begins.
*If we are granted permission to put a camera in the
front of the church for the ceremony,
the camera will not be put in place until you are
finished taking pictures with your photographer.
*It takes approximately 30 minutes to pack everything
up after a wedding. Please keep this in mind when you
travel to the destination of the reception. We do not
want to miss any special moments at your reception!
*If you would like us to videotape the farewell from
the church, please let us know in advance so we can
schedule this into our tear-down procedure. We will
keep packing up our equipment as quickly as possible
to get to the reception.
*If you decide to have DMLT Video Productions produce
a music video for your reception, I will make sure it
is running smoothly; however, you will need to supply
the TV and VCR.
*I will be videotaping at your reception with a
Steadicam system. It's a strange looking piece of
equipment but the video it produces is awesome! From
time to time, I may follow you around to different
parts of the reception. For example, I may follow you
as you go and talk with one of your guests.
*I will be videotaping the wedding dance with a
Steadicam system also. During the first dance, I will
give the bride and groom about a 10 foot radius of
space so that they can have some time alone to talk.
This also gives guests a chance to take pictures of
the
two of you dancing. After the first dance, I will be
in with the action on the dancefloor, moving between
dancers. It's usually a great time!
*I will be videotaping guest interviews at your
reception. This will be their opportunity to
congratulate you, and tell stories from childhood
memories, etc. At the end of the guest interviews, I
will take the groom aside and ask him to say something
special to his new wife…just the same, I will take the
bride aside and ask her to say something special to
her new husband. (I usually tape these individual
segments just before the wedding dance starts.) This
will be a great way to wrap up your wedding day, and
it's something you will look back on and enjoy when
you watch your wedding video.
