Mark Leonard Toutge,
Owner/President/Producer/Videographer/Editor
"Video is my life. I put my heart and soul into every
one of my productions, and on that note, I never work
a day in my life because I love what I do!"
Mark Toutge is the producer, videographer, editor and
energy behind DMLT Video Productions. Mark started
the company in 1995 and never dreamed DMLT Video
Productions would get this big. Mark started his
television broadcasting career at KELO-LAND Television
in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. "KELO-LAND Television
was my base foundation of learning that I go back to
everyday. I truly treasure my work experiences
there." While at KELO-LAND Television, Mark worked as
a studio camera operator, audio engineer, videotape
operator, master control operator, graphic artist,
field photographer and AVID editor. "I am truly
blessed to have been cross trained in every single
area of the tv station. I take all of those technical
experiences throughout my life and apply them to every
video production I am involved with." In addition to
producing, shooting and editing with DMLT Video
Productions, Mark also teaches video production at
Farmington High School. "I never thought my career
would move towards working in a school but I love it.
I enjoy sharing my knowledge of video production with
all of my students." Mark teaches Video I where
students get a first new look into video production.
The students learn about the camera, editing stations
and shot composition. Video II moves the students
into producing live television shows and that is
Mark's favorite part of his job. "Live television is
my adrenalin rush! Everything happens instantly,
anything can happen, and usually does. I love
directing live television, telling people 'Go there,
do this' and I tend to take that energy to churches
when we shoot weddings. I love my career and cannot
imagine myself doing anything else!"

Owner/Videographer/Editor
"I'm a teacher, but working with DMLT Video
Productions as a videographer and editor is fun for
me. It breaks the teacher cycle for me and I like
that."
Danell Toutge works as a videographer and editor for
DMLT Video Productions. She is also Mark's wife.
